Visha Pet Clinic

Twenty-one years of reputation, finally findable online. A two-location veterinary practice in South Chennai with 244+ Google reviews and no website. We built the site that turns those searches into walk-ins.

The problem

Visha Pet Clinic has been treating pets in Tambaram West since 2005 and holds a 4.4-star Google rating across 244+ reviews — but had no website. A pet owner searching "pet clinic near me" or "vet in Tambaram" found a map pin and a phone number, with no way to check which of the two premises was open, whether the clinic did ultrasound or dental work, or how much a consultation costs. Every unanswered question was a call the front desk had to take, or a client who tried somewhere else.

What we built

We built a two-location site where all twelve services are listed for both premises, so nobody gets sent across the city for a procedure. Each location has its own hours, directions and contact route, with WhatsApp booking as the primary call-to-action because that is how their clients already reach them. Vet profiles for Dr. S. Kabilan and Dr. A. Umamaheswari carry the practice credibility, and per-location LocalBusiness schema means Google understands there are two real premises rather than one ambiguous listing.

Frequently asked questions

Can a clinic website handle more than one location properly?

Yes, and it matters. Visha Pet Clinic has two premises with different opening hours. Each gets its own page section, its own hours, its own directions and its own LocalBusiness schema entry, so Google treats them as two real locations and shows the right one to a searcher based on where they are.

Why WhatsApp booking instead of an online booking system?

Because that is how their clients already contact them. A booking engine that nobody uses is worse than a WhatsApp link that everybody does. We build the enquiry route the client’s actual customers will use, then add automation later if the volume justifies it.
